Baabda's Time to Shine: “The Light up Baabda Project"

Nawwarit Baabda! After bringing light to the streets of Beirut, it is now Baabda's turn to shine. MEDCO's power has arrived in Baabda following the successful illumination of 150 streets in iconic neighborhoods like Bliss and Ain Mreisseh, as well as key hospital areas. With the Rebirth Beirut initiative, we successfully transformed our beloved city, Beirut, from darkness to light, fostering life, security, and safety.
Building on this momentum, MEDCO is pursuing its powerful CSR Mission with "Ta3o Ndawé Baabda”- Let’s light up Baabda- Project, a pioneering effort to spread positivity across the Baabda region, symbolizing new beginnings. MEDCO cooperated with the amazing NGO Afaal and the Baabda Municipality to illuminate six streets as a start, bringing a renewed sense of safety to all the community. This collaboration not only enhances the area's visual appeal but also promotes sustainability through energy-efficient LED lighting.
This project is more than mere lighting, it stands as a beacon of hope, embodying MEDCO's commitment to its community and the well-being and prosperity of the Lebanese people. It reminds us that each of us has a role to play in expressing our love to our country, this is called true patriotism.
