At MEDCO, we believe in the power of ta2a, all forms of it propelling us forward. That’s why we support the Beirut Marathon for the past 21 years, the kind of national event that brings together thousands of runners, volunteers, and supporters who share the same passion for movement, wellbeing, and love for Lebanon.
The Beirut Marathon is set to take place on May 1st, starting at the Beirut Waterfront. The event will kick off at 6:15 AM with the 42 km race, and 21 km race, the 10 km at 8:00 AM, and finally, the 5 km at 10:00 AM. 7adro 7alkon for a healthy and thrilling Marathon experience!
This year, MEDCO is bringing the energy closer to you with three dedicated Pit Stops strategically placed along the route, in MEDCO stations: Dbayeh Sea Side, Dora Sea Side, and Mar Mikhael. Each station will provide essential services to ensure runners stay hydrated, refreshed, and motivated throughout the race. You’ll find water stations, bathrooms, and recycling bins at every pit stop to promote both wellness and environmental responsibility.
In MEDCO Mar Mikhael, the atmosphere will be charged with even more energy. There will be a DJ playing music to keep spirits high, a “Mongolfière” hot air balloon creating a festive mood, and a "Spin the Wheel" game to reward participants with special surprises.
Additionally, at the gathering area, MEDCO will host a Yala Stop stand offering water, fresh fruits, and coffee, the little things that make a big difference after crossing the finish line.
